2 large antibiotic free, free range, organic chicken breasts
1 jar of organic salsa
Chopped bell peppers, onions, garlic (optional)
Place the chicken in a crockpot, cover with salsa and veggies if using. Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir to shred chicken. Serve in lettuce wraps, on top of salads, or eat by itself!
